Mugwort Hydrosol

Mugwort has long been used in many cultures around the world for ceremonial and healing practices as well as for use in dream work. Our organic hydrosol is made using mugwort grown by us in our Holler gardens.

Uses:

Facial & body mist: Spritz onto your face and body to hydrate and refresh your skin. Mugwort can be helpful in reducing soreness, and muscle pain.

Energy clearing: Use as a room spray or mist onto your pillow or sheets, to cleanse the energy of your space.

Aromatherapy:  Mugwort hydrosol can help balance mood and emotions, promote relaxation, help calm the mind, and uplift the spirits.

Storage:

Best kept in the fridge or in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. 

What is a Hydrosol?

A hydrosol, also known as a floral water or herbal distillate, is an aromatic water-based solution derived from the steam distillation of leaves, flowers, and medicinal herbs. This process allows the plant's therapeutic properties to be infused in the water while preserving the aromatic characteristics.
