Lemon Balm Hydrosol

Lemon balm has long been used for its calming properties, helping to  alleviate stress, anxiety and restlessness. It’s also cooling and hydrating to the skin, great for hot sunny days.

Our small batch, hand crafted hydrosol is made with lemon balm grown by us in our Holler gardens.

Uses:

Facial & body mist: Spritz a hydrosol onto your face and body to hydrate and refresh your skin.

Energy clearing: Use as a room spray or mist onto your pillow or sheets, to cleanse the energy of your space.

Aromatherapy:  The gentle aroma of hydrosols can help balance mood and emotions, promote relaxation, help calm the mind, and uplift the spirits.

 Storage:

Best kept in the fridge or in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. 

 What is a Hydrosol? 

A hydrosol, also known as a floral water or herbal distillate, is an aromatic water-based solution derived from the steam distillation of leaves, flowers, and medicinal herbs. This process allows the plant's therapeutic properties to be infused in the water while preserving the aromatic characteristics.
